I cannot put into words strongly enough what a disgraceful situation we had to endure for eight days, if you want to diet this is the cruise for you the food is terrible, if you want to be treated like a second class citizen and patronised cruise Azamara.

When booking our cruise it was stated that suite quests could use the two speciality restaurants every night if they wish, this is totally untrue we were told quite clear and strongly by the concierge that it was first come first served, this was a special trip for us as it was a big birthday for my partner, we ended up having cold spag. bol in our suite, on the subject of food we did not once have a hot meal or drink it was either cold or tepid,

as we were advised by the concierge that 80% of guests return year after year our opinions were of no concern and she could not assist us with our requests the only answer she always had was no. This was a very expensive and disappointing experience.

The cabin was the only saving grace, it was kept beautifully.
