I've cruised numerous times with RC, but this is the first with LOS. The ship was good, never felt over crowded even though the trip was sold out. Very roomy. Superior balcony room was very nice and the balcony itself was larger than I have had previously.

Staff was very friendly and nice, but I get the impression they are cutting way back on staff; those that are working appear overworked. It is hard to locate help from anybody without having to go to guest services. They seem to be compelled to upsell the customer at every moment.

The food was the worst I have ever experienced with RC. I wonder if this is their way of getting you to try the alternative restaurants, which we did 3 times because the other food really sucked. I am so disappointed to the offerings and quality. I noticed the portions are smaller and I understand that, but the taste/quality have completely disappeared. But we were very satisfied with the restaurants and the food quality and service there. there was no ah moments, even for dessert. Total disappointment!
