Entertainment was great on this cruise. Staff were for the most part excellent. The bang for your buck was excellent. That said we had a few issues that we hope they can address as I heard this from a few other guests as well.
First big issue was the lack of general cleanliness in the food areas and in the cabins. There was a lot of dust/dirt/grease and damaged furniture that should have been removed and replaced.
Next the breakfast in the Lido buffett was cold.

The chair in the cabin was broken and had to be replaced. In addition the curtains were torn, the lampshades were damaged and the bathroom was not cleaned properly until the 2nd day of our cruise.
