This is our 16 cruise overall.The 3rd with Norwegian. The ship is 2014 built. We found some very interesting things that Norwegian is doing. The BINGO sessions are a joke!The minimum package to play is $40 up to $80.They play 3 games and only pay out about $300 total BUT take in over $10,000 per session. They also do this with a game called DEA or NO Deal. $20 per card,2 games maybe $600 payout for both games,AGAIN they take in well over $10,000 per session.There are NO happy hour drink specials.Drinks a very pricey, drinks average about $13.00 each. Their FREE drink package is also a joke.You could get a base fare interior room on this ship for $479 plus port charges.The all inclusive drink price was over $800.DO THE MATH.Norwegian gives you nothing for free.

Shore excursions were the most expensive I have ever seen. At least 3 times the cost on the boat vs off. Customer service on the boat is ok UNLESS you have problem.Especially with the cost of something.They have no customer service skills.ITS all about money.

Food was good in the buffet, entertainment was good except TENORS of ROCK! Pools are the smallest I have ever seen on a ship,especially this ship size. NO movie's under the stars.They showed 1 movie on our 7 day cruise, it was TOP GUN from the 80's.They are just a floating money making machine.
