Just got off the Norwegian getaway yesterday and I cannot rave how awesome the trip/ship was. From the beginning the staff was amazing, the ship was awesome with so much to do and the food was great. My family and friends had a wonderful time with little to no complaints.
Embarkation, process was a little annoying since we sat in the waiting area for over an hour but you do not start boarding until 1130 it is good to get there early so that you can get a early time on the boat before everyone else is loading on. My family and I sat by the pool that morning we had them check all of our luggage and where are bathing suit on it was the perfect day to sit by the pool since not many people are doing that the first day.
I don't know what the fuss is about all of the other reviews saying you have to get up in the morning to grab chairs there are so many sun chairs it is ridiculous. I will say the pool is way too small for the amount of people that are on the ship but there is a nice waterfall feature in the spice H2O deck that helps keep you feeling comfortable.

Port Reviews
Miami
We stayed at Intercontinental Miami, so much to do around the area, perfect for a one night. Right around the area of the port.
Cozumel
went to the other side of the island to Carlos and Charlies, since the one near the port is closed. the drinks were good and reasonably priced, they let you sit at the beach in the chairs for free if you buy food/drink. Also there are things to do on the beach if you want to. Cab was 30$ and they have cabs there to take you back as well so dont worry. Great beach day!
