Well, we decided to take this cruise because we had already been on this ship and loved it. This cruise on the Allure was a bit different.

The embarkation and debarkation was flawless, I got a wheelchair both times and it was much better when it came to walking. We also learned upon debarkation that we could leave the scooter at Starbucks and get a wheelchair there directly to the parking lot. So that was much better. Even for those who could walk, we're going at a fast pace and embarked quickly, everything went well.

The cabin was right in front of the elevators on the ninth deck cabin 954, we ended up walking more since everything was on the back of the ship. The ship, as usual was fantastic but too too crowded, you needed to fight long lines for practically everything. The cabin was nice but, again I didn't get a handicapped cabin and driving the scooter in and out of the small cabin was driving me crazy. The cabin steward was Jenny and she was pleasant but not very helpful, she sure wasn't Chris from last year.

It was just like the last one. Nothing new except the beds were too hard, but I liked the pillows. The steward was adequate, nothing exceptional.

The pier was too long the shopping was ok.
