Sail Date: May 2016

Chose this cruise as sailed previously on the dream and loved every moment this time felt standards had slipped the waiter service has really slipped compared to previous cruise , also the plumbing situation is getting worse blocked toilets daily in every part of ship also water pouring in through ceilings in lobby , ship needs sorted quickly or thomson will be losing customers rapidly , we found embarkation quick and efficient unlike a lot of others , we had an outside plus cabin on deck 6 which was fine although the toilet was looking shabby, it was spacious and comfy, the dining was very good enjoyed all aspects of the dining although the queuing seemed longer than on previous trips , entertainment was excellent as usual , waiter service was terrible in most bars except casino . The ports on this cruise were lovely and a fair choice of excursions . We travelled with 2 other couples who hadn't cruised before and they were unhappy about the same issues, we haven't cruised with any other company apart from thomson but feel we may try another cruise line , unless things improve drastically
