We chose this cruise because it sailed out of port close to home and allowed for a quick mini vacation. This was a repositing cruise for Royal Caribbean sailing out of Seatle, WA for 4 nights. The ship itself was very nice. However, the service was very poor. There was often a wait to get into the main dining room. And the Windjammer Café where it is buffet style dining was closed 9:00pm sharp every night. It was hard to have fun on this trip and balance meal times. There were also very long waits for bartending service as well. And the drinks were very noticeably watered down the last 2 nights of the trip. What got me the most was the staff. Not all, but most were not friendly and you could tell the ship was understaffed for the amount of people aboard the ship. I blame all this on Royal Caribbean. I really feel sorry for first time cruisers (this was our third cruise) because they got a very bad experience from this cruise. I'm not sure I would go on another Royal Carribean cruise after this one.
The virtual balcony was nice and made our interior cabin much for enjoyable.
Excursions were very limited.
