The cabin was extremely comfortable, well appointed and designed for space utilization. The ship was beautifully decorated and designed. The dining areas, deck, bar and other common areas were welcoming, comfortable and deigned to encourage meeting new friends. The food was amazing, great choices for each meal and way beyond our expectations--the chef and the entire staff worked hard to ensure an enjoyable, relaxing dining experience. The staff were all very professional and anticipated your every need--from the wonderful cabin attendant to the captain. The included shore excursions were led by local guides who did an excellent job of giving you an overview of the city, local history and culture. Time was sufficient for exploring each port on your own as well. The entertainment on board was educational as well as fun. Overall our trip could not have been better--we met some wonderful new friends and considered the staff as new friends as well. All our future cruising will be with Viking.
