Sail Date: Apr 2016

When boarding/checking-in we arrived to the ship on time, and had to wait for an hour outside in the rain before being able to board the ship. From that point it was still another two hours waiting in various lines until we received our cabin.

When we arrived to the cabin it was open/unlocked, still being cleaned, and the key did not work.

Regarding cleanliness the windows of the dining room were very dirty throughout the entire trip, which also interfered with seeing the view. The cabin had a lot of dust under the bed, which wasn't cleaned throughout the entire trip. We accidentally stained a bedsheet with coffee in a very visible place, but it was not replaced for several days.
