Sail Date: May 2016

I went on this cruise mainly because it sailed from Fremantle Port and we didn't have to fly. Now where do i start with my disappointment? We paid $2028 each for me and my daughter, before we even left they changed our room took away $25 room credit and our vip package then gave us a soft drink package to apologize for the inconvenience. The soft drinks were hot cans poured in a full glass of ice which made it like water.

Our cabin was nice and very clean, the ship was small including the tiny pools. Entertainment, well, not much to look forward to very boring! The crew were all miserable was hard to get a smile out of them never mind a hello very unhappy bunch. Room service was poor took them about an hour or more just to deliver ice and as for the food shocking, tasteless and the same every day. We were so fed up of the same food we decided to order pizza room service, the reception told us oven was broken but when we went down to pick the pizza up ourselves the oven was fine.

Had a lot of rain one night our floor and stairs were flooded with water. Maintenance men grinding and banging outside our cabin window 7.30am in the morning. Movies and shows on tv were played over and over all day,one of the days a movie played 5 times. We were very disappointed we never stopped over in Bali as the swell was too high but then we found out the ship could have gone into port but the fees were too expensive. To top it all off i went on this cruise for my 50th Birthday i got no acknowledgement of my special day, not a Happy Birthday, cake or even a balloon. Will NEVER cruise with P&O AGAIN!!
