This was our first cruise, but won't be our last with Viking. I'm not interested in a large cruise ship with hunderds and hundreds of passangers and being out to sea for several days so the river cruise was for me, and I was not disappointed. The Viking river cruise was a perfect and relaxing experience. Everything was wonderful including the cabin, food, service and excursions.

The food and service on the cruise was amazing with several options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you choose to dine on the ship. It was nice to wake-up in the morning and sit out on the balcony and listen to the quite river and birds. The excursions were planned to let you really see the cities and also give you time to explore on your own if you wanted to.

We extended our trip in Amsterdam and the hotel we was amazing.I absolutely would book another viking cruise.. Actually we did, next March!!!! I think I'm hooked!
