We enjoyed this cruise with the exception of the food.
The main dining room as well as the surcharge restaurants were a grave disappointment.
Breakfast was the only redeeming meal offering an excellent variety, however serving green bananas, cooking eggs benedict with either no yoke or a hard boiled one on 2 of the 10 occasions was hardly acceptable. Dinner consisted of repetitive offerings, subgrade quality sushi, and boring everyday meats ie. chicken, pork, grilled minute steak and poorly prepared desserts, not to mention the driest and worst tasting (giant) apricots we have ever experienced. A message to the head chef responsible for the main dining room: a normal caesar salad requires GARLIC. Also be more choosy in the quality and freshness of the shrimp you are serving. The selection and quality of the food in the surcharge restaurants also requires much attention and improvement.
Very satisfactory. Please see commentary above.
