Chose this cruise for the sale; free upgrade to balcony and shipboard credit. Let me say first this is a beautiful ship. Our embarkation in MIAMI was quick until we got on board and had to go to one place to pick up our drink vouchers and a different place to register our credit card even though we had done this ahead of time on line. The cabin was beautiful and our balcony was huge. The pillows were useless. Flat and they could not have been lumpier! Buffet food was good when you didn't have to fight to keep your place in line. Black Crab restaurant dinners were good but not up to the standards of Princess or RCI.

Pool area was packed to the gills. Could not find a single seat anywhere which left us to sit inside or on our balcony which is what we did. Shore excursions booked through the ship were done and tickets given but you never found out what time you were going until about 9pm the night before.

Disembarkation went well until you got to the luggage which was just coming out when we reached the carousels. Our friends luggage was lost; she filled out the paper work to report it and was given a business card to follow up on it. The cruiseline found her luggage several days later and MADE HER PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED HOME!
