Reading other responses re: temperature of the food. The posting re: food not being hot was not at all what I experienced. In fact, I have never received food that hot from any restaurant ever! It was very hot and I was very impressed with that. My travel agent found me a room that was excellent. Dining was great in the complimentary restaurants, white table cloths, good service, good food. My steward was so happy and friendly! The entertainment was excellent. The public rooms were nicely decorated and clean. There was a nice smell in most public areas. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We had good hosts and receptions for our special group. We got good customer service when we needed to ask a question. The ride was smooth. The cruise director Richard Matic was so outgoing and upbeat and he was a very positive part of the cruise.
