Sail Date: May 2016

I have cruised over 20 times and I chose this ship because it was smaller. I had booked in August, 2015 for my wife and I and she passed away shortly before the trip. I was told that I could not change the travel date but that I could change the passenger only one time complimentary.

Shortly after that I called to change the name and was told that they had canceled my wife since she had passed and to add a new name would cost full fare. I argued that I had already paid the double occupancy rate and that this would amount to paying triple occupancy. I paid the fare and sent an email to customer service and received no response.

For the cruise itself, very substandard.
