This was my 6 th cruise on Norwegian. The last one was two years ago. Wow has it changed! The cruise fare is just the starting point. This is a vending machine vessel. You keep having to pay and pay and pay. The atmosphere is not relaxing or cheerful as it had been in the past.

While I enjoyed my trip once in Bermuda, the new approach NCL has adopted is very disappointing and expensive.

First the disastrous chaotic boarding process meant we were delayed two hours in the terminal which was standing room, disorganized and desperately in need of staff in the dirty terminal. Read more
