My 7th cruise but my wife's first so I was really hoping to impress her. RCCL and Liberty of the Seas did not let me down. Overall, everything was excellent. Yes, there were some minor glitches but not enough to detract at all from our vacation.

On-board:

Our cabin attendant was extremely good, even if it was difficult to understand him at times. Plus, you could tell that he wasn't as comfortable as were people in his position on my previous cruises, so I'm guessing he was fairly new. Still, he provided excellent service. The cabin itself was very nice. The only issue we had was with the a/c that had stopped working, but a mention of it to the cabin attendant got it going again very quickly.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

Small, but if you're spending a lot of time in your cabin, you're either doing something wrong or doing something very right. Clean, comfortable. Tiny, tiny shower, tho.

Galveston

It's Galveston. What can you say? Getting on the ship and getting off the ship aren't exactly the highlights of the cruise.
