The Service was lacking on this cruise. We are Elite and know what to expect with Princess and the 4/30 sailing did not stand up to it at all!! Ship is very "dated" and needs a Lot of work done to it!! Entertainment was great especially Steve Moris. The Menu was not great. They did not offer a Beef alternative every night as they used too. If you didn't like Lamb, Fish or Chicken you were out of luck.

Disembarkation in Vancouver was awesome. Just literally walked off the ship and out!!!

Shore excursions were very good especially in San Fran and Victoria. I would go again but Not on this ship the Crown Princess. We had a Balcony and there was plenty of space, bar set up was good. Had to ask for extra hangers, had to ask for lotion, had to have maintenance 3 times in the room for the Toilet Not working.
