Cruise would have been excellent but for one thing....attitude of customer relations onboard !!.My suitcase had not arrived at cabin,my wifes had been delivered three hours prevously.As it was only 30 mins to dinner i went to the customer service desk to report this,i was met by a blank look and the excuse they were "running late" ,totally uncaring and unhelpfull,as i glaced behind her there was a row of cases one of which was mine the label had been lost,the assistant didnt have the sense to ask me if one of those was mine,or even menion they were there,it was a waste of three hours waiting after the first case was delivered.Very unhelpfull person in the wrong job !!!
Other than that incident everything was pretty good,only one meal was,nt up to their usual standard and the wait staff could'nt do enough to put it right !! .Entertainment was good ,usual !! ship was spotless,staff excellent,always a greeting and smile.
Oceanview buffet excellent,plenty of choice.
