Took 3 friends on this cruise to celebrate a cancer remission. I was nervous once I read some reviews but we were happy with the cruise. The food and entertainment were both better than we expected. We did not eat on lido deck but it seemed to open late. The dining room was ok for breakfast if you didn't order eggs Benedict. We enjoyed blue iguana for breakfast.
Dinner room at late seating dinner was good most of the time. We went to tea once. We were a little shocked to find we had to purchase a tea bag if we wanted something besides Lipton black or green.
Our 2 rooms were spacious. One was on deck 1 and one on deck 2. I was not happy they didn't put us closer together. We didn't see much of our room steward which was fine. Embarkation was quick and easy. Debarkation was a breeze. We carried our bags off and we're off by 8:00. We went with the attitude that we would have fun and we did.
Isis was a great tour guide.
Enjoyed Felipe and Kevin but some people needed to be told there were no fans or air conditioning
