Went thru travel agent. Our first cruise! Hawaii was truly paradise! Cruise ship was a train wreck. Terrible food....really, barely edible. Alcoholic drinks sucked big time. We treated ourselves to one everyday and there wasn't once that I finished my drink. Pools were small. Elevators were so slow that we took stairs 80% of time. Smell of sewage was present. No reg coffee was available in our rooms. Were told they ran out....three days into cruise? Then I have to tell you about "Niguel" wow....part of excursion staff. He was rude, hateful, would look off to one side as you spoke. He yelled at a woman and wouldn't let her talk. Saw him almost daily and each time he was disrespecting someone.

Then before end of cruise we had to print out airline tickets. Went to their library and got on line and paid 95 cents a minute on line. Well no one mentioned how slow that service was. Ended up costing us almost twenty dollars to print out tickets. And did I mention the food? Lol . Me and my husband have been left with the thought of Never cruising again. Everyone on ship was complaining about no hot water for showers, terrible food and some of staff.

On the good side....Hawaii was great and our shore excursions were wonderful! Loved our drivers. I would not get the 50 free photo package. They only took about 20 and all were prop areas. The quality was good but I should have chosen another option. Norwegian pride of America needs to change their name.

First cruise so I have nothing to compare to. Very very small. If I was any heavier, don't think I would have fit in shower.
