The crew members were great.especially Richelle our room steward. Our room was always clean the towel animals were great. Francisco and Garrard in the Monet dinning room were excellent and there sense of humor kept saying us laughing. Everywhere we went with the exception of the spa the crew members were happy and helpful. Josh was great as the cruise director funny and informative.

The show people were excellent and the shows were great. Food was good although we are not fans of the new menus. Ther wre some areas that could have Ben kept up better.shore excursions were good although there wre some problems. We did see a lady get hit by a cart on the first crushing day and she was in a wheelchair for the rest of the trip.

My wife went to the spa twice when she went to get the products that were recommended. She was told they were out an they tried to sell a pricier product this was on the first two days of the trip typical bait and switch. We will probably not use the spa. I was also given a gift card for the spa why give it to me and not my wife as I could not use it to buy product for her.
