This was our seventh cruise - the longest being 22 nights via the Panama Canal. This was our first on Royal Caribbean. Hate to say it, but it will be the last. Don;t think I am going to rip it - but with so many others - I will choose one of those. The 7 day cruise was FUN. Had friends along, and the overall trip was very good.

Specifically - let's face it - food ranks way up there in overall cruise experience. We ate in the dining room all 7 nights and had one 4 star (out of five) meals. All the others were about 2.8 I'm speaking of food quality only. Our head waiter was fantastic, and overall, the RC crew would be hard to top.

The stateroom was good - our steward about average. An amusing (somewhat) observation: On check-in we noticed a huge hand print on the room mirror. No biggie, anyone can overlook something. By the third day, the print was still there - so we took care of it. Not sure how something so obvious could be missed twice a day.
