My husband & I sailed on the beautiful Anthem of the seas on a 12 night cruise. We live in Ct. and do not want the hassle of flying, so we only cruise from NJ or NY.

The Anthem of the seas is a spectacular ship. Very well cared for, the technology on this ship is remarkable. The service was outstanding, all staff was very friendly, professional, and always with a smile on their face.

Embarkation: after pulling into the pier it was a 50 minute wait in traffic to get to the point where we dropped the luggage off, this definitely has to be addressed. However, from this point on it took only 10 minutes to be checked in and walking onto the ship, no standing in lines. Plenty of staff with their iPads waiting to check you in. Read more
