This was our second time with Princess to Hawaii 15 day cruise. Went in April 2014 and decided to go again April 2016 on a come back offer. Well we should have not taken the offer. After making our initial deposit on the attractive offer for pre paid gratuities and onboard credit of $200 per cabin in October of 2014 we find out in February of 2016 on final deposit that the offer had expired. Not happy. Customer service was not helpful and upper management offered no assistance but a tiny $100 per cabin credit.

The cruise itself was okay, and of course we love the ports in Hawaii. I did find however everything to be lacking tips time vs last. Food quality in all areas was down, both taste, quality and quantity. Seems like they are trying to do more with less. Was also disappointed on how much they nickel and dime you for everything else. Want a ice cream shake, that will be $2.50. Want that nice looking desert in the other case, that will be $3.50. Want three scoops of gelato, that will be $1.50. Felt like I was being sheered every time I turned around.

The ship was over crowded with not enough seating when needed for parties of two. Heard many complaints in the Horizon grill that not enough seats available for two. Elevators were an issue when trying to move about as a result of just two many people and not enough coverage.
