We booked our cruise over a year before the sail date and had been researching every website we could with excitement since the day we booked it. We are Disney Anual Pass Holders and love Disney and heard nothing but good things about Disney Cruise Line. Now we may have been overexcited for the trip so were set up for disappointment, but we met another family on the ship that felt the same way. We all had a great time but all felt like we would not want to take the same trip again.

We loved most of the shows (when the cruise director wasn't interrupting them), the movie theater, self serve ice cream station, movies by the pool and the aqua duck. Our deluxe family verandah stateroom was the perfect size too. We heard so many wonderful things about the kids club and our kids didn't love it. The pool was shoulder to shoulder crowded and unless you were on deck at 7am, good luck finding chairs for your family.

The food was pretty disappointing. We only made it to the dining room 3 times because the early seating was too early and the late seating was too late, the options for kids were tough too and hard for the kids to sit through such a long meal. We also felt that our head waiter kept hustling us for a good tip and excellent rating on the end of cruise questionnaire. We were disappointed by most of the food options. The room service menu had some great items but the menu was pretty limited so we got tired of them, cabanas was great for breakfast but closed too early (it was supposed to stay open until 8:30pm but never did and was closed the last night). Flo's is great if your family wants pizza, spicy chicken tenders or hotdogs, but how often can you eat that type of food? In the cruise world, we were surprised by the quality and the amount of options that were available.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 06A

Cabin was fantastic and our steward Vincente was excellent. The only negative was that the top bunk was stiff as a board and vibrated.

Port Reviews

Tortola

Took a charter to The Baths. They were pretty and interesting but WAY too crowded. Would not want to return again
