My family of 9 (including 2 toddlers) chose this cruise because it coincided with the school vacations here and my son and DIL are teachers. Loved this cruise! Great price for our balcony cabins and good service, food, and activities!

We purchased Faster to the Fun and it was worth every penny! Smooth embarkation with very short lines. We were among the first to get on the ship. Special line at guest services really saved us time, AND our cabins were ready when we boarded!

Food was great - MDR had a good variety - portions were small but you could order 2-3 apps and entrees, which some of us did on some nights. Waitstaff were great, and made sure that the baby's bottles were filled with milk!

Port Reviews

Miami

Got in the night before - FTTF made embarkation a breeze! Short lines - on the ship and in our cabin by 11:45.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

What an experience! So cool to have then swim all around you. Water was beautiful. I would recommend this!

Roatan

Breach next to the ship, which Carnival owns. Nice beach, very hot day, so we were in the water for most of it. But - someone either drowned or had a heart attack, and the lifeguard did not know CPR, and the AED batteries were dead. The man unfortunately passed away. This made our family so sad for him and his loved ones.

Cozumel

Some of us shopped - and I HATED it when they insisted on a drivers' license for a purchase, - I would not buy anything in the duty free for that reason. The others went to Paradise beach and had a lot of fun on the water inflatables.

Belize City

Snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef - 35 minute boat ride to Rendezvous Caye, small island with Tiki huts - they divided everyone into skill levels, and really kept good watch - saw some amazing underwater life! A little expensive, but we had fun!
