Had an absolute amazing time on my recent cruise. I travel with my husband 2 sons 5 and 12 and in a separate cabin mother-in-law and family friend. We stayed on the 5th floor at the front of the ship. I had an interior room MIL had a porthole. Both rooms were well kept by Komang. There was a bad smell in the rooms, I am assuming the smell was from the wet carpet in front of the bathroom. I was however prepared for this from reading other reviews so I made sure to bring a nice air freshener.

The food was very good with the exception of the scrambled eggs. They are very weird and I believe they are from a mix. The Fantasy Class ships are smaller and the smell from the smoking area is strong when you approach it but unfortunately unless everyone quits smoking you just have to deal with it. There were a few no smoking slot machines.

The pool was cold but not over-crowded too bad. The lido lunch buffet gets crowded but that is to be expected. Green Eggs and Ham Brunch was fun, the menu was similar to that of sea day brunch but with fun names. Service in the dining room for your-time-dining was amazing. My MIL felt her food was under-cooked one night and the maître d' took the matter very seriously. We really enjoyed when the wait staff would dance every night as well, it was tons of fun.

Port Reviews

Charleston

It was nice getting there a few hours earlier than planned to hang out around the city. Beware that you will need change for parking meters. There is a nice little pier near the port with swings to relax and watch everyone leave the boat.

Nassau

If you want to get out on the cheaper end go to the Tiki Bikini Hut at Junkanoo beach. We got 3 lounge chairs, 8 mixed drinks and 8 shots with an umbrella for $55. Some of the drinks were on the weaker side, try to find a younger bartender if you want it to be a bit more strong.

Half Moon Cay

This place was amazing! I rented a clamshell shade for $20 and didn't use it at all. We stayed out in the water most of the time. We did bring inflatable donut floats from home and really enjoyed them. They also rent floats from $15-$22. The water slides were fun and it was nice that they provide lunch for you on the island. Lunch will be call BBQ but only in the sense that it is food cooked outside.
