Sail Date: Apr 2016

We had been to Hawaii 4 years ago and did this cruise on the Rhapsody, so wanted to do it again. There was a bit of a delay getting on the ship with long lineups for each C&A category. Our inside cabin was mid ship and 3rd level which we picked in case the 5 sea days were rough (which they were not). This was our 3rd time on this ship and 2nd since its last refit, so no surprises.

Our cabin was quiet with cabins above and below. Entertainment such as the headliners and ship production group was okay, not great, as shows seemed a little dated. Enrichment series on Hawaii was very good with a great speaker with personal experience. We had main dining option and our meals were good.

I have to say the best thing about this ship is the crew. The captain and senior management are always out and about connecting with passengers, and that goodwill carries down to the room steward and other staff. We enjoyed all the ports and found things to do in each port, even though we had been to most before. I plan on taking another cruise from Hawaii to Vancouver, and I would do it on this ship.
