Let me start off by staying that I was a huge fan of Royal Caribbean. I convince everyone to cruise with this ship over Norwegian and carnival. My family and friends was a group of 10 with 3 cabins. We were told that we would be linked together for dinner , that did not happen. The first night my friend went down to guest services and waited for 5 minutes for them to tell her in 30 seconds, they can't do anything about it, and dismissed her. .. That was unacceptable so j went to speak with the dining room supervisor and still waited for almost 1 hrs bast dinner service to get it resolved.

From a 3 yr old to grown adults we all felt the same about the dinners served in the formal dining room, it was very hit and miss, we would have great appetizers and then bland dry food. It made for a very frustrating dinner...especially at 830 at night.

The tender situation at Belize was uncalled for. Because they have priority for guest with excursions we were ready to get off the ship since 830 am and we were not cleared to get off until 1030 am... The our time was cut sort on the island. The itinerary said we would be leaving the island at 6 pm, but when we got off, they told us we had to be back by 4. 1030 to 4 is not enough time to enjoy an island.
