This was our wedding cruise so boarding was awesome as we had priority boarding over everyone else. We had an Ocean Suite and the cabin was plenty spacious with lots of storage. We didn't even use half of the cabinet or drawer space available. We did bring our own outlet adapter that had several plugs and USB charging ports which came in very handy. e food was not over the top. We had a set dining option (6pm) in the Silver Olympian Dining Room. Service was so-so. Housekeeping was on top of things although they did take our blue pool towels one day and didn't leave new ones. We had to call to get them delivered. Our cabin steward wasn't as present as our last cruise though when he was around, he was helpful.
The waterslide was super slow and everyone got stuck before the end. The Putt-Putt course needs some work. Serenity is a great place to hang but needs ceiling fans! The smoke in the casino is unbearable at times. The band was great at the casino bar though! Satellite kept going in and out when watching TV at night.
Progresso was great but we went with a local tour group and not through Carnival. In Cozumel, we again went local and had a fantastic time at the large National Park there. Getting off and on the ship at both ports was super easy. In Progresso, we headed down very early and beat the rush. In Cozumel, we had breakfast first and then left after the rush. Both ways worked out perfectly.
Lots of storage space! Need to bring a multi outlet adapter if you have lots to plug in and charge over night. We found ours on Amazon - worked great.
