We had not been to the west coast and thought this would be great ! The lines are long for anything on board, stateroom shower had mold and soap scum, unable to see the shows most nights as there were not enough seating and the wait service in the main dinning room were slow. The intercom did not work in our stateroom so we missed any announcements.
We did not realize that the cruise was going to be mostly elderly. With so many scooters, wheelchairs and walkers the elevators were not sufficient. The ports of call was nice but the excursions were a little confusing on where to go to meet the groups. The entertainment that we did see the first night was terrible. He was a comedian that found it necessary to make fun of southern women. This just was not the vacation that we expected or hoped for. The staff especially in the international cafe area would rather run you over then move out of your way.
We was not given any disembarkation info. When I called passenger service she was rude and did not seem to want to help. When I asked that the info be brought to our stateroom I was told I need to come get it myself. I'm not sure how you are suppose to know when to leave if you don't have the info.
Long lines but worth it to take a look at history.
After being shuffled on three different busses. The trip was nice.
