My family and I chose this cruise because we had tried RCL and Carnival, both very happy with them. Also we wanted to see what this big and brand new ship was all about. The waterslides were AWESOME. The drink package was great. The two shows were very good, especially the Brat Pack show. The food was excellent although surprised to never see lobster night, NY strip offered every night. Our balcony cabin was very spacious and very quiet. One of THEE smoothest ships I've been on, couldn't feel wake at all when laying in bed. This ship was enormous compared to even the Independence of the Seas that parked next to us. I'm not sure why everyone else complained in early reviews.

The only reason I didn't give it an excellent was because of the dining experience. I think the freestyle dining is good if you hate planning, however if you have 7 or more in your party it's mandatory to have reservations. Also you never had a waiter get to know your likes and dislikes. We ate at 5:30 everyday and it seemed as though they weren't fully staffed and ready, unlike other ships we've been on.

Overall very impressed again with St. Thomas. The Powercat Snorkeling tour was awesome. The Baths in Tortola were a must see. And Nassau is...well Nassau.
