We sailed in the Penthouse 1611. Awesome suite. This was cruise 32 for my wife and I.

The Eclipse is beautiful and well maintained. The cuisine and service in the Luminae and Murano restaurants were superb. Embarkation was a breeze-- no wait at all. Overall a very good experience with a few exceptions.

I must admit we had high expectations for the penthouse suite. Our experience did not match our expectations. First of all, the beverages that we had arranged in advance with our concierge took 3 days to get it right. Multiple follow ups on our part. The wi-fi did not work at all in the suite the entire length of the cruise. They did nothing to remedy this. It is odd that a suite this size (almost 1300 sq. ft.) had only 3 electrical outlets and one of those did not work. We had to juggle charging devices to keep our devices charged. Very annoying.
