Sarita, Vinnie & Family April 10th-14th, 2016

This was our first cruise and we wanted to know what it felt like being on a cruise. We had a wonderful time and I am so glad that my husband and I decided to go along with our son, his wife and kids. I am extremely afraid of heights but it was not as bad as I thought. I kept a distance from the rails and looked out into the sea which was fine for me it was the only way I was going to get over it since I am a smoker. The entertainment was great I just had to keep an eye on my husband Vinnie from continuously going to the casino room he said that the machines were calling him and I truly found that hard to believe....(lol)

The food was pretty good they were always have food available for one to eat. The dining area was wonderful and the service was excellent! We had a cabin where there was no window but next time I'll make sure there is one since I had no clue what time of day it was. The only thing I did not like was the movement of the boat it was not a good experience when I felt the boat move but besides that I loved being on it.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Cabin 1A

Loved that our room was always clean and we were given clean towels on a daily basis when we stepped out for the day. Also the people who provided their services never touched or placed my things somewhere else where I did not put it.

Thank you crew members for your kind services!

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Since we live in Florida we arrived in Cape Canaveral and immediately had our luggage counted and tagged in which there was no problem. The gentlemen there directed us to park the van and proceed to the entrance of the port so our papers can be checked. Which was quick service being checked in and the people there were very polite. We had to wait a while before we boarded the cruise ship but it was okay it was nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone heading towards the ship as one can tell were excited for it to begin and so were we!

Nassau

Our first destination was Nassau it was okay I enjoyed walking up and down the streets heading to the stores to shop. The only thing I did not feel comfortable with was when some of the people insisted I buy a friendship bracelet after I repeatedly and politely said no thank you.

However, besides one shopping it was very nice to see how beautiful the water was. It was very clear and blue nothing like I've ever seen. As for what we bought to eat or drink we took a bottle of water and that was it after our time shopping we headed straight to our cruise ship to relax after a long walk and had dinner there.

Freeport

It was very expensive to shop in Freeport I felt. There was not much for me to do there so I just walked around and headed back to the cruise ship. Did not take or planned for any excursions. On our way back to the boat I had a major fall in which I injured my right food and from there I just took it easy! No more for me! In all honesty I should have stayed on the boat. Just want you all to know to always look down because there may be a step and I was very careful but the last store I went to I did not pay attention to that one step and that's where it got me almost went through a glass counter and no one helped me get my balance back except my husband who tried to grab me but couldn't.
