This was clearly the worst cruise we have ever taken of the 15 or so across 6 or 7 cruise lines. First, the ship itself was beautiful. But it ended there. The food was worse than the airline on which we returned home. Portions were tiny, not hot, and mediocre at best. My prime rib was about as thick as a credit card. Many at our table had to head for the buffet after dinner for a piece of pizza, which was very ordinary.
The buffet area was complete chaos, a combination or roller derby and food fight. It was noisy, poorly organized, insufficient seating, and the food was only average.
Entertainment was no better than average. The main stage shows had only prerecorded music. The jazz club did not have jazz one time in a week. Many entertainers had back-up drums on a laptop. Even the guy at the grand piano had a laptop accompanist.
