Our cruise with Empress of the Seas got cancelled so we were given the option to board with this ship and RC was not very accommodating about booking us a hotel for the night that we would be missing out on from our original itinerary. We decided to board with this ship because our trip was already planned out.

The cruise ship was very dated. The decor is a big throw back to the early 90s and the pool was small, dirty and crowded. I dreaded using the washroom in our room because it was in bad shape. The crew was friendly, helpful and provided good service though. The food in the buffet was nothing special and they ran out quickly and people would have to wait before a worker refilled the food in the buffet. It was also closed early so the only snack you can get in the evening is Pizza or room service with a limited menu.

There wasn't enough seats in the buffet and restaurants so we had to stand or go outside the deck to eat in discomfort. The line ups to get to our destination and back into the ship was long and unorganized and there was no staff to control the line so people would budge which resulted in longer wait times.
