April 16-April 24, 2016- My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and chose this cruise on the itinerary and price. This was our 9th cruise with Carnival and Carnival did not let us down. We enjoyed every moment. Being on a budget we did not do any Carnival excursions, however we were able to see sights on our own for a minimal price (I will get to that shortly).

Arrival at Port Everglades - Arrived at 11:00 a.m. - total wait was approximately an hour. The longest I have ever waited to embark on a ship.

The ship: This was our 2nd time on the Conquest in 3 years. Although it is an older ship it is well maintained. The public areas and bathrooms were always clean.
