We choose this cruise as the dates suited us and we enjoy the long sea days. We were not disappointed. The changes made to the ship since last year were in the main an improvement. The layout of the Gallery Bar and the Casino worked so much better now.
The new piano bar looks good but on this cruise it was not as popular as we have seen the piano bar previously. We enjoyed the entertainment provided and the BB Kings were fantastic showmen and very talented. They were happy to play requests on a couple of nights which I had not experienced before and we really enjoyed each night we spent in the club.
On this trip we had our 13 year old daughter with us and although there were very few children on the cruise she was well looked after for the whole trip and she really enjoyed herself.

The cabin provides all you need and while compact it was not a problem. The new TV system is a good improvement and the ability to check out sample menus was helpful. This could be developed further and perhaps could include access to your on-board account. Movies on demand was good.
We had a walk in shower this time and I preferred this to the bath and shower we have had previously. Our room stewards were attentive and always happy to assist us. The cabin was always well cleaned.

We were glad we got to see a show this time. This is also very close and convenient for the Sandeman bodega which was also well worth a visit.
