I want to pass along my praise and thanks to the wonderful crew and staff that sail aboard the Vision of the Seas. Our family of 8 have had the good fortune to celebrate the 2015 Christmas season with the crew of the Vision of the Seas and we cannot say enough about our experience. I have sailed with almost every cruise line that has sailed out of Florida since the early 90's (many now gone) and have to say that this was the best cruise staff I have ever had the pleasure of sailing with.

Our cabin stewardess, Saraswatee Chekoori, was an absolute delight from her initial greeting with a smile when we arrived at our staterooms until the morning or our departure she was always cheerful, helpful and attentive. Any request made was addressed promptly and always followed up to ensure it was to our satisfaction.

The bar staff aboard were warm, friendly, attentive and fun to be around. I have to pass along special notes to Eddy Visu, Sabi and Monica Olaru in the Schooner bar who were always quick to slake my thirst, but made my children, especially my 13 year old daughter, feel welcome and appreciated. Eddy always had a greeting, a joke and a drink ready. Sabi could be counted on for a warm greeting and my drink of choice without asking. And Monica, with her beautiful, warm smile and friendly greeting - my daughter became very attached to her and cried when saying goodbye. Also, Juan and Bruce in the R-Bar were exceptional. Juan, in addition to addressing my thirst was a joy to talk baseball with while Bruce is a creative and clever mixologist - absolutely enjoyed his creations. Read more
