We chose this cruise to celebrate my partner's 60th birthday. It was our second cruise, both have been with P&O

We were very disappointed with Britannia. the ship is badly designed, we were shocked at its state - scruffy and not always clean - for a ship that's 12 month's old! There were too many people for its entertainment restaurants and theatres etc. we were second sitting for dinner (8.30pm, much too late) and all the seats in the entertainment theatres and bars were occupied by people who'd been on first sitting at dinner.

Food was generally acceptable but the menu was very similar night after night. I got fed up with seeing prawn cocktail on the menu every night.
