Rinda is clean, big and new. Excellent dining options. Staff is courteous, entertaining, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Our cruise director Michael is clearly enthusiastic about the subject matter (he's a history buff), and gave many informative lectures. The staff also gave up tips on our destinations - to expect huge crowd at Versailles and the Louvre, and how to budge our free time. You will learn a lot, see a lot, and do a lot on this cruise.

Everything was excellent, except for the following nit-picks:

Viking could only secure docking rights for their Long Ships at Le Pecq, so all our Paris excursions came with two hours' worth of commute, and that eats into our valuable time for exploration. Our second-to-last day excursion to Conflan, likewise, started at Le Pecq and took 1 1/2 hours away. It kind of defeats the purpose of being on a river cruise - where you can dock next to the city you're traveling to, and save time on getting there.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom

Very impressed with the space, and with the modern amenities.
