Positives: Cruise Director Mark (bing-bong) is awesome. My Fair Lady dining was very good. Entertainment, shopping, activities, shows and staff were all very good! Our room was an ocean view room. Very clean and kept tidy throught the trip. The trip into Nassau was a real good time. Did the Straw Market, Market Street, Junkanoo Beach and Fat Tuesdays. Weather was a nice 75 - 80 degrees all day. The bars on ship were great. Had no problems with drinks at all the whole cruise. Got one of the drink packages which most likely saved me quite a bit of money. Some of the bars need a little extra staff.

Negatives: The first afternoon & evening and especially the last day were extremely rocky. It felt like you were riding in a canoe. Not so sure the stabilizers were being used or even working. People were getting sick from the motion. Coco Cay day was cancelled due to high winds. The Windjammer needs a little updating. I really feel bad for those that had to experience that for their first cruise. The staff was great with one exception. One male staff member (located near theater) was very rude and impatient at early disembarkation. I made a wrong turn into the theater (along with about 15 other people). When I asked the male staff member where we go from there, he proceeded to explode on me and made several rude comments. I'm guessing he was feeling the effects of the motion as well.

This being the 2nd trip on EOS, I think I will try another ship next time. First cruise on EOS in May 2015 was much better. Was disappointed this time...but still made the best of it and had a good time.
