My husband and I went on this 4 night cruise to celebrate my Birthday. We had seen some negative comments before we went, so we didn't have great expectations, but the timing was good for us. We ended up loving the cruise and having a real nice time. We had a junior suite #9244 and it was great! I loved the large walk in closet and extra width in the stateroom. Also, the larger balcony with 2 chairs and 2 lounges and small table was nice. The bathroom vanity had only one sink, but adequate storage. The bathtub was a little high for most people, I would have preferred a large shower with door instead of tub and shower curtain, but all in all it was fine.

We thought the food was very good, as we have found that most cruise food seems to be slipping lately. We have taken 55 cruises on all different lines, so we do know decent food. Great variety in the dining room as well as the buffet and the cafes. Also, the Italian Specialty Giovanni's was delicious, although some of the service was lacking the night we went. It is worth paying the $25.00 cover charge. You can save a little money (20%) by making a reservation on the first day after you arrive on board.

The entertainment was good. They actually had two comedy shows in 4 nights! The ice show was great! (Just wear something warm as it gets cold in there)! The dining room was beautiful and we had a great server, Randy Johnson.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Nice size cabin with a great walk in closet. A place for everything with lots of storage areas. Good size balcony with 2 lounges and two chairs with a small table. The bathroom had one sink with vanity and a bathtub. The king size bed was comfortable with a nightstand on either side. A small mini bar and safe as well as lots of counter space. We loved this suite!
