This was our first cruise on Celebrity, and hopefully it will not be our last. There were eleven adults and one child celebrating my husband's 80th birthday. How fortunate we were to have RCCL's Glen Gulko help us book our cruise and take care of all our needs pre-cruise. He was able to early cruise the Solstice, send us beautiful pictures, and give us lots of information before our group boarded for our cruise. We have already sought his help for our cruise on the exciting new Oasis of the Seas next January.

Service is Celebrity's biggest asset. When you have so much fun in the dining room because you have wonderful servers who try to take care of your every wish even when there are twelve of you, you know you are very lucky. Wow, Renato and his assistant, along with Maitre d, Lazo, we can't thank you enough for making us all feel special and filling us all to the brim with delicious food with such a cheerful attitude.

We left the dining room to enjoy the wonderful and unusual entertainment on the Solstice. Most of the shows were really outstanding, more so than on any other cruises. We always had good seats in a beautiful theater. We also enjoyed the Ocean Four Quartet who so generously entertain all of us with their beautiful voices at other times. Read more
