After another cold winter, we were ready for some warmth! This turned into the perfect cruise to satisfy those desires, plus add to the memories of a life well blessed.

We had a smooth embarkation day, with an easy flight into FLL, a quick taxi ride to Port Everglades, and a simple check-in. Transition to the boat was smooth, with only the photographer to stop us before entering (but not for long).

The cruise itself was a pleasure, with only one inconvenience to mar the trip - our steward. He didn't pay attention to details - ice buckets exchanging ice for cold water; canapes on formal night not delivered; birthday recognition forgotten (the wife even mentioned to him that she hadn't seen anything on the door - hint, hint), but while we received a card to present to the matri de', nothing of recognition that we could take as a memory.
