Anniversary cake we had delivered to the room. Well worth the $.
Towel heart left on our bed

From some of the reviews I read, I was very worried that the ship was going to be a huge disappointment. It was just the opposite. It only took about 30 minutes to board, and our stateroom was ready as soon as we got on the ship, at 1:30. That was really nice, especially since we were told we could pack soda in our check in luggage over the phone, but told it had to be in carry-on when we arrived.

The stateroom, was better than expected. It was very clean, spacious and we loved the balcony! The bathroom was small, as expected, but clean and did not look run-down or have an awful smell as some have stated. After dropping off our carry-on luggage, we went to the Lido deck and ate lunch. It was less crowded than I thought it would be. They had several options of things to eat. All were separated so if you wanted burgers you got in one line, hot dogs or chicken nuggets, sandwiches, pizza, Chinese, a separate line, etc. Some of the lines were long, but moved quickly and we never had a problem finding a seat with a great view. The staff were constantly cleaning off the tables, as well as the buffet and restocking food before trays were empty.

The one main problem I saw was that two buffets were right by the pool area and two bars. It got very congested in that area. I enjoyed the buffet food more than the dining room, but both were good, and the ice cream and frozen yogurt stations were great. The casino was very smoky and sometimes you had to walk through to get to another place on the ship, but we survived. We also had a little difficulty finding areas we needed to get to, but every staff member we ran into was very friendly and told us how to get where we wanted to be.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8D

Our cabin was clean, spacious and just the right fit for us! We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time out there reading and enjoying the breeze.

Port Reviews

Orlando (Port Canaveral)

Canaveral was easy to get to and ran smoothly.

Nassau

I don't like being harassed by the locals every 2 seconds to buy something or to take a taxi, horse and buggy, etc. Souvenirs were very overpriced. You could negotiate the prices, but I want to relax on my vacation, not haggle. Next time I'd rather just stay on the ship.
