This was my 30th cruise-17th with NCL and 4th on the GEM. We are in H3- HAVEN suites and on embarkation we are escourted early onto the ship. As suite guests, we will go to Cagney for lunch. Our escourt lost us getting onto the ship. We found our way to the restaurant. After lunch, I always open an internet account. I spent 10 minutes looking on deck 7 but ONLY found the INTERNET MANAGER. Internet on this ship was on DECK 12; it was on deck 7 the 3 previous cruises. Maybe the overpriced pictures needed room. I returned to deck 12 and spent over 40 minutes trying to open an account. I returned to deck 7, the manager told me they were having trouble getting the internet running.
It was time for the boat drill. After the boat drill I returned to Deck 12 and opened an account. We are suppose to get bonus minutes for internet packages BUT I learned that NCL short changes the bonus minutes. 100 minute package= 15 minutes not 10 250 min package= 30 min not 20. We have to ask manager for correct minutes BUT manager is on deck 7. Who is the idiot.
After sailing out of San Juan, a guest drank or took water from a fountain and two days later we had almost 500 guests with NOVOVIRUS; not a handful as CAPTAIN told us. Without warning, I went on the last morning of cruise to use my final minutes ( over 30 ) but internet was closed because of NOVOVIRUS; library was sanitized. I spent over 3 hours trying to get a refund credit. The last person I spoke to was our CONCIERGE. He told me I would receive $25 credit ; which I did not receive.

Owner's Suite with Large Balcony
Our stateroom was very spacious. We had three TV's; living room, bedroom and bath room.
Lots of storage room, we could place luggage under bed. We had two balcony's; front and side. The side one was long and for sitting; with a couple of chairs. The front one had two lounge chairs and we could get the sun all day long.

San Juan
We took the free trolley around SAN Juan. I read that we should go to stop 14 to start. It was a great decision, the next stop is the first stop. No one was able to get on because everyone got on at stop 14; near PIER 2. We stayed on for complete tour to see where trolley went. We then got of at the OLD FORTRESS, paid $5 each but this also allowed us to enter free at the NEW FORTRESS. After touring the OLD FORTRESS, we went to see the NEW FORTRESS. The trolley takes you directly in front of the NEW FORTRESS. This one is much bigger and more interesting. After leaving the Fortress I made the mistake and waiting for Trolley at entrance. If you walk down the hill , you will not back onto the trolley; it is always full from those smart enough to wait at the Fortress. The walk back to the ship is about 20 minutes and not far.
