This was my 1st time cruising w/Royal Caribbean & may be my last. We went on this ship because we had family from Atlanta going & they had been on this ship several times. They love it. We were told several times & from several different people that we will love cruising w/Royal. The food was not good at all, we were moved 4 different times in the main dining and the service was awful! We had to ask for water & bread, it took forever to get our food & when we did it was cold and looked thrown together. Our waiter & his assistant seemed to be confused, they got our orders wrong. This was every single night & at each time we were moved & w/different waiters.

I did not understand why no announcements were made regarding anything. When we got to our ports, nothing, no mention of activates or entertainment was announced. There were no activates on the pool deck, no bands, no music, nothing.

Spent a lot of time in the spa, but was disappointed on the size of the spa for such a big ship! Only 2 small steam rooms & 1 small dry sauna. I like the rooms hot, but theses rooms were so small, which cause them to be too hot. The steam came out under the seats and would burn your legs and the dry on was so hot you had to put down towels to keep from getting burnt. It only had 4 relaxation chairs & no windows to see the ocean. This cruise was way too much money to be so bad.

The steward on the ship was Excellent, he took good care of us! The room was okay, use to more storage. Shower very small and did not have soap dispensers.
